遊戲細則﹕
由六月八日，東岸時間凌晨十二時起，歡迎全國年滿十三歲觀眾參加「Samsung 誰是冠軍競猜遊戲 」。
參加辦法:
（一）上網
遊覽網站: www.NewTalentToronto.com 選出閣下心目中的冠軍人選; 或
（二）傳真
將閣下心目中冠軍人選參賽編號及名字、個人姓名、電話、地址及出生日期(用作核對身份)傳真到 905-882-7120; 或
（三）親身:
歡迎閣下於六月九日、十日、十六月親臨 Wonderland 新時代流動售票站作現場投票。

截止日期:
六月二十二日，東岸時間下午五時五十五分。

獎品
Samsung 四十吋高清晰LCD電視一部價值$2,299。

如何贏取獎品:
得獎者於七月一日晚上「新秀歌唱大賽多倫多選拔賽2007-總結篇」節目內公佈。

限制:
投票無須購物。每人每次只可投一票。
投票者最低年齡為十三歲。
遊戲細則以英文版本為準。


所有參加者之個人資料將會嚴加保密，並只會用於此項遊戲。所有參加者之個人資料將會在遊戲頒獎舉行後三個月內被銷毀。
All personal information submitted with the entries will be kept in strict confidence and used solely for the purpose of this contest. These entries will be discarded within three months after the prize presentation of the contest.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
  1. Audiences are invited to guess who will win the trophy "Samsung Who Is The Champion" game in New Talent Singing Awards (Toronto) Audition 2007.
  2. This contest begins June 8, 00:00 ET , and ends June 22, 2007, 17:55 ET
  3. Entries can be submitted via the following method:
    1. Visit our website at www.NewTalentToronto.com , OR;
    2. Fax to 905-882-7120 and write down your guess, along with your name, phone number, address and birthday; OR
    3. Drop by our Wonderland Fairchild Day advanced ticket sales booth on June 9th, 10th, and 16th.
  4. Each individual can submit only one entry each time.
  5. No purchase is necessary.
  6. This contest is open to all residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are over the age of 13.

HOW YOU COULD WIN
On June 22, 2007, a random draw by a representative of Samsung from all entries received and voting for the Winning Contestant of the "Samsung Who Is The Champion" game received on or before the respective closing date. The winner will be contacted to make arrangements for the awarding of their prize.

PRIZE
One prize will be awarded. The following prize is available to be won:
A Samsung 41' LCD Television with a price valued at $2,299.

General Rules
  1. This contest is open to all residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, except employees (and their immediate families) of Samsung ("Sponsor"), Fairchild Television, Fairchild Radio, Talentvision, any of its or their affiliates, franchisees, and each of their respective agencies.
  2. The Sponsor is not responsible for entry lost, late, misdirected or delayed for any reason or for postage due.
  3. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equivalent kind and value.
  4. The Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may terminate or withdraw any contest found to contain such errors without liability and without notice, at their sole discretion.
  5. By entering this game, each winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, image and photograph for publicity purposes, without compensation.
  6. Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash.
  7. This contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. Void where prohibited.
  8. If a minor is selected, the prize will be awarded to his/her parents or legal guardian.
  9. Each winner (or winner's parents or legal guardian if the winner is a minor) will be required to sign documents releasing and indemnifying the Sponsor, Samsung, Fairchild TV, Talentvision, Fairchild Radio, their affiliates, franchisees and each of their respective agencies from any liability in connection with the prize. All releases must be returned within 5 days (5) of the date on the covering letter accompanying the release. If release and indemnity documents are required and not returned within five (5) days of the date on the covering letter accompanying the releases, prize may be forfeited.
  10. All personal information submitted with the entries will be kept in strict confidence and used solely for the purpose of this contest. These entries will be discarded within three months after the prize presentation of the contest.
